Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year operating a motor vehicle in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the district's transportation department, including student transportation, routing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and fleet maintenance.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel- and gasoline-powered buses and district vehicles.
• Decide in-house vs outsourced repairs; collaborate with staff and community to ensure safe, reliable transportation.
