Job summary

The Transportation Business Operations Assistant 1 will work for the Auditing Division of the WV Department of Transportation (WVDOT). This position performs administrative work in providing support services such as fiscal, personnel, payroll, or procurement.

Develops or assists in developing and implementing plans/procedures for resolving operational problems and improving administrative services. Preference may be given to Candidates with these qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience providing advanced clerical duties and/or administrative services in accounting, budgeting, project monitoring and reporting, personnel, or procurement and property.
