Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Transportation Market Practice Leader for Ohio and Indiana. The role oversees growth across Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and New Albany, building client partnerships and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver geotechnical, environmental, civil, and construction materials testing services.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in market leadership within engineering/consulting, plus licensure (PE/PG). PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving revenue growth within Transportation market (geotechnical, environmental, civil, materials testing).
• Strong network and client relationship-building across local and national levels.
• 10+ years in project/program or market leadership at engineering/construction/consulting firms.
• LICENSURE: PE/PG or equivalent.
• PMI PMP is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Transportation market in Ohio and Indiana.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets for core services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships locally and nationally; expand existing accounts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions; mentor and coach staff.
