Based in Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, or New Albany, this leader will shape strategy, win new work, and mentor teams delivering geotechnical, environmental, CE&I, and construction materials services.

Applicants should bring 10+ years of market leadership, a strong client network, and professional licensure (PE/PG).

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in project/program or market leadership in engineering/construction/consulting
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities in Transportation market
• Strong industry network and client relationships
• Professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan within the Transportation market in Ohio and Indiana
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
