S&ME, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Market Practice Leader to drive growth and operations across Ohio and Indiana, shaping strategy and revenue in geotechnical, environmental, CE&I, and materials testing services.

Based in Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, New Albany, or nearby locations, you will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, expand client relationships, and lead market initiatives with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles for engineering/construction/consulting firms.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients in Transportation market.
• Professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent) is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan within the Transportation market in Ohio and Indiana.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets across geotechnical, environmental, civil, and CE&I services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels; collaborate with operations to expand existing relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
