Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Transportation Market Practice Leader to expand and lead growth across Ohio and Indiana. Based in Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, New Albany, IN, or Louisville, KY, you will drive revenue, build client partnerships, and develop high-performing teams.

You will develop strategic growth plans, win and deliver opportunities across geotechnical, environmental, civil and construction materials testing, manage relationships, mentor teams, and champion innovation to keep S&ME at

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in engineering/construction/consulting firms.
• Proven success growing revenue in Transportation market.
• Licensure as PE/PG or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan within the Transportation market for Ohio and Indiana.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets in Transportation services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with local operations to expand existing client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
