S&ME, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Market Practice Leader to drive growth across Ohio and Indiana from Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, New Albany, IN, or Louisville, KY.

You will lead revenue expansion, build client partnerships, and scale multidisciplinary teams delivering geotechnical, environmental, and construction materials services. The role requires 10+ years in market leadership, strong industry relationships, and a PE/PG license.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success driving revenue growth within the Transportation market.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent).
• PMP is a plus, not a requirement.

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan within the Transportation market in Ohio and Indiana.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets within the market for our services (geotechnical, environmental, civil and construction materials testing/special inspections).
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with local operations and expand existing client relationships.
• Leverage your network to position S&ME as a trusted partner.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Partner with internal leaders to build the team and resources needed to scale.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Ensure projects are executed with quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement.
