The role focuses on expanding our Transportation services, including geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, field exploration, and CE&I, across local and national accounts. The candidate will leverage an extensive industry network to win opportunities and deliver integrated solutions, while mentoring multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in transportation-related services.
• Strong industry network and client relationships within geotechnical, environmental, and construction materials sectors.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in engineering, construction, or consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan in the Transportation market for OH and IN.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets across geotechnical, CE&I, and related services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and scale capabilities.
• Stay ahead of market trends and champion innovation within the practice.
