You will lead strategic initiatives, build connections with transportation agencies, and guide complex projects with a focus on technical excellence and billable work.

The role emphasizes strategy, relationship building, and leadership within a flexible, hybrid environment. A PE license and established DOT relationships are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in technical market/business development, selling transportation services to DOTs or municipal clients.
• Experience in business development planning, marketing activities, client development, proposals.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic transportation initiatives across company offices.
• Network and build relationships with transportation agencies.
• Provide leadership for complex, highly visible transportation projects.
• Serve as a key technical transportation resource for multi-disciplined teams.
• Engage in problem-solving and design-process improvements while managing billable hours.
