GRAEF in Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic, results-driven business development leader for the transportation sector. You will expand our presence, maintain strong client relationships, and guide strategic transport initiatives across offices.

You will lead multi-disciplined teams, set objectives, manage budgets, and act as a key technical advisor to DOTs and municipal clients. The role blends relationship building with hands-on project leadership and billable work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 8+ years in technical market or business development selling transportation services.
• Experience with DOTs or municipal/architectural clients; strong relationships preferred.
• Business development planning, including marketing, client development, presentations and proposals.
• PE license.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic transportation initiatives across company offices to advance consistent practices, innovation, and delivery.
• Network and build relationships with transportation agencies and clients to advance organizational goals.
• Provide leadership for complex, highly visible projects, setting priorities and overseeing financial performance.
