Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 8 years in technical market or business development for transportation services.
- Experience selling to DOTs or municipal/architectural clients.
- Strong business development planning and proposal development experience.
- Established DOT relationships preferred.
- Technical project management experience desired.
- PE license highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic transportation initiatives across offices to advance practices and delivery.
- Build relationships with transportation agencies and clients to grow the business.
- Provide leadership for complex, high-visibility projects and oversee financial performance.
- Serve as a key technical transportation resource for multi-discipline teams.
- Balance design process involvement with billable-hour responsibilities.
