Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED plus 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or related fields.
• Able to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyze information, reach productive decisions, and communicate findings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel to account and customer locations.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain positive driver and safety relationships to minimize turnover.
• Fill in for absent staff and support fleet optimization projects.
• Train and orient drivers and employees including system usage.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability; create client reports and financial analyses.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Handle payroll, counseling, incident reviews, invoicing and reporting.
• Oversee yard operations and coordinate maintenance for safety issues.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve issues and on‑call needs.
• Deliver safe, on‑time loads and adjust routes as needed; enforce safety culture.
