J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Mehoopany, PA is seeking a Transportation Manager II to lead driver management, ensure safe and timely freight movements, and oversee load planning and customer service.

You will ensure DOT compliance and supervise shifts across day, night, and weekends. You will build relationships with drivers and customers, manage payroll and safety programs, and coordinate maintenance and equipment balance across markets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years in transportation/logistics or related fields.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with drivers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety teams.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet optimization projects.
• Train and orient drivers and staff in systems and processes.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability and present financial analyses to customers.
