Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Manager for Dedicated Transportation to oversee on-site management of a customer account and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

You will serve as the primary contact for new initiatives and critical issues, equipped with industry-leading tools to grow and reach your career goals. The day-to-day includes managing P&L, coordinating with drivers, overseeing maintenance and service delivery, and driving process improvements to meet client

Qualifications

• 4 years of transportation management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the supply chain/logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for the overall P&L to meet budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure effective communication and relationships with company drivers.
• Oversee tractor maintenance, compliance and service delivery.
• Track route config, on-time pickup/delivery, volume and equipment balance.
• Ensure driver recruiting and retention meets fleet size goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement solutions.
