Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer in Managed Transportation to design and deliver marketable supply chain solutions using rigorous data collection and analysis. You will lead all aspects of client projects, acting as SME for Transportation Management Systems and driving efficiency across RXO accounts.

This role provides exposure to industry-leading tools, opportunities to implement process improvements, and a clear path for growth within RXO's managed transportation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, decision support systems/technology, or transportation management.
• Experience data mining and generating simulations in Microsoft BI, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Supply Chain and Transportation Technology Solutions for Clients including demonstrations, implementation, hands-on configuration, testing and deployment support.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Transportation Management Systems and System Integrations with Clients and Business partners.
• Define requirements, design processes, implement changes, and document functional requirements.
• Research best practices and technology-driven solutions.
• Understand customer processes to enhance cross-functional initiatives and communicate solution improvements.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and manage projects through implementation.
• Communicate project activities to stakeholders and clients.
• Support transportation-improvement projects and analyze root causes to propose action plans.
