Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Logistics Lead to manage and administer operational policies for the Managed Transportation team, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy for customers.

You will oversee supervisors, coordinate changes, and drive process improvements across the operation. Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of supervisory experience in logistics/ transportation, a Bachelor's degree in Transportation or related field, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of supervisory experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervisors and coordinators.
• Ability to analyze data and apply professional judgment to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assess and adjust staffing to maintain high service quality while controlling overtime costs.
• Oversee supervisory functions; ensure use of metrics and system tools.
• Coordinate policy changes; investigate issues to determine root cause and corrective action.
• Communicate policy changes to the operations staff and ensure understanding.
