Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for the Data Center Operations team in the United States to own the end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle at a hyperscale site. You will handle receiving, shipping, asset tagging, and data entry, coordinating with vendors and technicians to ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy in real time.

You will drive cycle counts, manage RMAs, and report on turns and obsolescence, while supporting a fast-paced build-out at scale. Equity, PTO, and retirement benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Own on-site logistics and asset management in a data center, warehouse, or high-volume hardware environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy at a high level (99%+) via cycle counts and real-time tracking.
• Move material quickly under operational pressure to keep techs and engineers productive.
• Manage vendors, RMAs, and inbound/outbound logistics end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center site: receiving, shipping, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain asset tracking through receipt to decommissioning, including tagging and data entry.
• Manage receiving and shipping: verify quantities, inspect damage, update tracking systems in real time.
• Run cycle audits and physical counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy and resolve shortages.
• Fulfill parts requests from technicians and engineers, keep staging areas organized.
• Process RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements with vendors, coordinate security escorts, and report on inventory performance, turns, and obsolescence.
