Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse administrative or clerical experience.
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues with drivers, sales reps, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support transportation and backhaul functions with clerical duties.
• Use MS Excel, Omnitracs, Tandem, Kronos to create/update reports for transportation.
• Assist in damages/shorts process by notifying vendors/drivers and completing paperwork.
• Schedule pickup appointments for backhaul orders and vendors.
• Communicate key transportation information to stakeholders and teams.
