Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Northland Claim Litigation Specialist to manage moderate complexity injury and property damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution within authority. You will leverage your expertise in claims management, coverage evaluation, and settlement negotiations to ensure timely and fair resolutions and mentor Claim Reps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of liability or bodily injury claim experience.
• Two years of litigation claim experience.
• Active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and MS Office suites.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims through resolution.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and establish appropriate reserves per policy terms.
• Provide timely communication to customers, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with counsel to support litigation management strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
