The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Claim Representative, General Liability, to manage and investigate low to moderate complexity injury and property damage claims from notice through resolution. You will determine coverage, evaluate liability, and establish reserves while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.

You will communicate with claimants, attorneys, and vendors, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely payments, all while adapting to new tech and AI tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Two years of liability, bodily injury or comparable experience.
• Active adjuster license, where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution within authority.
• Investigate information to determine coverage, liability, and reserves.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers, counsel and vendors.
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments within authority.
• Maintain accurate records in claim systems.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and AI tool rollouts.
• Obtain necessary Insurance Licenses within three months.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
