Woolpert in Texas seeks a Client Development & Project Delivery Manager to lead sales and project delivery for transportation. You will build a pipeline with TxDOT and local governments, shape pursuits, and promote Woolpert as a market leader.

Role combines business development with direct project management, mentoring, and client engagement across roadway design, bridge programs, traffic engineering, and planning. Travel is expected to meet practice needs and client demands.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 15 years related experience, or MA/MS plus 10 years related experience.
• Relationship with TxDOT and/or local agencies is required.
• Current professional registration, if applicable.

Woolpert is hiring a Client Development & Project Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Transportation team in our Texas Market. This position is a market-shaping role responsible for sales and project leadership within Woolpert's Texas transportation practice. This position will contribute to the expansion of Woolpert's Transportation presence across Texas, focused on:Roadway design,Bridge programs, Traffic Engineering, Transportation planning & schematics. Qualified candidates will have both sales and project management experience.

What You Will Do:

Business Development:

• Create and sustain a pipeline of opportunities with TxDOT and/or local governments.
• Build and enhance existing client relationships to identify and initiate additional project opportunities within a client base for the service line, practice area, and firm.
• Shape Strategic pursuits and teaming.
• Promotes Woolpert as an industry leader for specified market/practice and service(s) with new and existing clients.

Project Management:

• Direct management of TxDOT and local projects.
• Mentorship of project task leads and/or deputy project managers.
• Assists project managers in (or perform) negotiation of project schedule, fee, scope and contract terms.
• Mentors Project Managers' sales aptitude, through in person mentoring, introduction to clients, and interview coaching.
• Support from national delivery capabilities.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range

$165,000 — $247,400 USD
