Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Client Development & Project Delivery Manager to lead sales and project delivery within the Texas transportation practice.

This market-sh shaping role focuses on roadway design, bridge programs, traffic engineering, and planning, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and project leadership. The role requires experience in sales and project management, a BA/BS with extensive related experience or an MA/MS with 10+ years, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS with 15+ years of related experience or MA/MS with 10+ years of related experience.
• Must have relationships with TxDOT or local agencies.
• Current professional registration, if applicable.
• Directly responsible for an individual sales goal.
• Demonstrated leadership and a drive to win and deliver.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with TxDOT and local governments.
• Strengthen existing client relationships to open new project opportunities.
• Shape strategic pursuits and teaming for growth.
• Promote Woolpert as an industry leader with new and existing clients.
• Direct management of TxDOT and local projects.
• Mentor project leads and deputy project managers.
• Assist in negotiating project schedules, fees, scopes, and contracts.
• Mentor sales aptitude through client introductions and interviews.
• Leverage national delivery capabilities to support projects.
