Job summary

Parsons seeks a Senior Program Director to lead transportation design growth across Texas. You will drive delivery for TXDOT and other clients, manage scopes and budgets, and act as capture manager for priority pursuits.

The role requires deep client engagement, strategic planning, and leadership across multidisciplinary teams in Richardson, TX. You will partner with senior leadership to shape the Texas strategy, coordinate with regional offices, and ensure delivery excellence through QA/QC,

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related technical/business field is required.
• Professional registration in Texas is required.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale highway design projects for TXDOT.
• Seller/Doer with business development experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Government and senior personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate project activities.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams of professionals.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and plans for project elements.
• Serve as capture manager for TXDOT pursuits.
• Oversee project execution plans, QA/QC, and safety plans.
• Mentor and coach assigned staff; balance resources with project needs.
• Negotiate scope changes and collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
• Support business development to secure additional work.
