You will build relationships with drivers and customers, manage shifts including nights and weekends, and drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and profitability across the fleet. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years of transportation or logistics experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and drivers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and travel to accounts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relations with drivers and safety teams to reduce turnover.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet optimization for profitability.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, report KPIs, and present financial analyses to customers.
• Schedule loads, plan routes, monitor freight movement for on-time service.
• Oversee yard operations, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
• Resolve service issues with drivers, customers, and internal teams throughout shifts.
