Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years in transportation/logistics.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical, decisive, and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver supervision and routing to ensure on-time service.
• Build relationships with drivers and safety staff to reduce turnover.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability; report KPIs.
• Oversee payroll, driver counseling, invoicing and reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and yard operations for account equipment.
