The Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a technically focused Sr. Engineering Manager to lead engineering staff and deliver QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. You will support local, statewide, and nationwide clients within a multi-disciplinary transportation group.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with leadership, and developing client relations while collaborating across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualificações

• Accredited Civil Engineering degree required.
• 15+ years of transportation project experience.
• Licensed Illinois PE at time of hire.
• Experience with IDOT, county, and local agency projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of engineering staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MicroStation, CONNECT, ORD.
