Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team.

You will lead a client-focused transportation and traffic engineering group across multiple planning, design, and construction projects, collaborating with offices nationwide to deliver technically excellent results. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 15+ years of transportation/structural work, a PE license, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years transportation and/or structural experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with MODOT, county and local agency projects.
• Proven leadership of engineering staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MicroStation and Geopak experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead projects and teams related to transportation planning and design, traffic studies, and/or construction engineering.
• Develop and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with other disciplines.
• Client relations.
• New business development.
• Establish and maintain budgets and schedules.
• Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company.
