Farnsworth Group is seeking a technically focused Sr. Engineering Manager to lead transportation roadway and street projects for local, state, and national clients.

You will provide engineering, staff support, and QC/QA services while mentoring staff and coordinating with leadership across the Transportation Group. Your role includes managing client relations, budgets, and schedules, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• 15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project experience.
• Licensed Illinois Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience working on and with IDOT, County, and Local Agency projects.
• Proven leadership skills with engineering staff.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Ability to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects.
• Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer, support, and provide QC/QA for projects related to transportation planning and design.
