Consor is seeking a Drainage Engineering Designer to lead complex transportation drainage design projects, delivering constructible designs from preliminaries through final plans. You will mentor junior designers, review technical work, and ensure schedules, budgets, and deliverables align with safety and client satisfaction.

Requirements include a BS in civil engineering, EIT certification, and 2+ years of Texas drainage design experience, with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of Texas transportation drainage design experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Experience with MicroStation & OpenRoads Designer.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation and production of drainage design plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Perform advanced hydraulic and hydrologic analyses to evaluate drainage systems and meet requirements.
• Coordinate drainage design with stakeholders for seamless project integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior designers and engineering staff.
• Support QA/QC, scope and schedule management, and client coordination through project phases.
