Consor is seeking a Drainage Design Engineer to apply hydrologic and hydraulic principles to transportation drainage projects. You will prepare drainage design plans, perform analyses, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet agency standards and deliver resilient infrastructure.

This hybrid role blends office and field work in Texas, with opportunities to grow technical expertise, lead project deliverables, and contribute to safe, effective stormwater solutions for roads and bridges.

Competenze

PE license required.
5–10 years of transportation drainage experience with TxDOT projects.
Proficiency in Microstation ORD, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.

Mansioni

Prepare and review drainage design plans, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, and technical reports for transportation projects.
Apply drainage design standards, criteria, and agency guidelines for accuracy and constructability.
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, storm sewer and culvert sizing, drainage modeling, cost estimates, and quantity takeoffs.
Utilize hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software to evaluate drainage performance and flood risk.
Coordinate with roadway, structural, environmental, and other teams to integrate drainage requirements.
Assist with QA reviews and support during plan development, agency reviews, and field inquiries.
