Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Dispatches Truck Drivers (CDL and Non-CDL) to coordinate and dispatch drivers for safe transport of materials in the Phoenix area. You will maintain records, respond to emails, and ensure timely communication with GCNA divisions.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of dispatch or customer service experience, with strong Excel/Outlook skills and a background check; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
• One year of customer service experience or dispatch experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Records and maintains files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
• Coordinates and communicates with GCNA divisions.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and safety equipment is used.
• Dispatches Drivers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Determines types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required per work orders.
