Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Safety-conscious CDL driver in Flagstaff to pick up, transport, and deliver donated goods. You will ensure compliance with all safety policies, wear required PPE, and provide excellent donor service while following GCNA procedures.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle checks, completing required paperwork, maintaining attendance, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with our core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement,

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CDL vehicle.
• Ability to use technology.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Must have a valid Class A or B Arizona CDL with DOT Certification and a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a vehicle to collect, transport and/or deliver donations and merchandise.
• Act courteously, handle donor concerns, and escalate when necessary.
• Follow all policies, procedures and laws.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Complete paperwork and review reporting as directed.
• Unload vehicles and move items as required.
• Maintain regular in-person attendance and support GCNA values.
