PROTRANS INTERNATIONAL LLC is seeking a dispatcher to manage local carrier drivers and yard movements in Duncan, SC. The role focuses on efficient entry and exit of equipment and ensuring timely communications.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and experience with MS Office and data entry. You will coordinate with drivers, dock staff, and management to maintain accurate logs and tasks.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of recent dispatcher experience in an LTL environment.
• Ability to read English and write basic reports.
• Computer literate with MS Office; data entry skills.

Mansioni

• Dispatch local carrier city and yard drivers.
• Answer the ProTrans dispatch phone and respond to inquiries.
• Notify personnel of delays, damages, or equipment issues.
• Maintain dispatch and yard move logs.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and maintain equipment logs.
