ACV Auctions is seeking a Transportation Admin - Dispatch Operations in Buffalo, NY to support the Transportation team by assigning carriers to jobs, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth dispatch workflows.

This role requires a strong customer‑service mindset and attention to detail within a growth‑oriented, collaborative environment. You will interact with carriers, customers, and internal teams daily.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Familiarity with business technology; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Transportation by dispatching and assigning carriers to jobs.
• Triage inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, load boards, and related systems.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure transactions and records are accurate and compliant.
• Communicate status of dispatched jobs to stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvements as needed.
