Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, admin, or transportation.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience by simplifying processes.
• Triage inquiries; process transactions and communications for timely resolutions.
• Process transactions to support operations and dispatching.
• Build relationships with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain records in Salesforce, load boards, and related systems.
• Coordinate status of dispatched jobs and ensure accuracy of records.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
