Job summary

This role works with carriers, customers, and internal departments to perform dispatch tasks, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and load boards, and ensure timely, compliant operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in customer service or administrative work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or load boards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Triage customer and carrier inquiries; process transactions and communications to provide timely resolutions.
• Process dispatch transactions such as assigning dispatch jobs and expediting operations.
• Build relationships with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Resolve basic issues utilizing processes and developing problem solving skills.
• Ensure accurate and proper entry and maintenance of records in Salesforce, load boards, and other related systems.
• Work with team to maintain status of dispatched jobs and ensure continuous communication.
• Ensure transactions and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
• Collaborate with management to express ongoing issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
