Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Transportation Specialist - Carrier Operations in Buffalo, NY to support the Transportation department by triaging and handling customer and carrier inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service or transportation industry.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Familiarity with business technology including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Triage customer and carrier inquiries; manage transactions and communications to provide timely resolutions.
Process transactions to support Transportation operations and Carrier Operations, including onboarding carriers and issuing carrier payments.
Maintain relationships with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
Ensure transactions and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
