Jacobs is seeking a Deputy Design Manager to oversee transportation projects across the East Region, guiding design-build delivery, coordinating with clients and contractors, and leading teams to meet objectives.

You will collaborate with multidiscipl inary teams, support business development, and mentor early career professionals while driving high-quality transportation solutions from pursuit through delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience delivering transportation infrastructure projects with project or program management.
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design-build and alternative delivery methods.
• Knowledge of transportation design standards and industry practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to support projects across the East Region.
• DBIA certification or interest is a plus.
