American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design portion of design-build transportation projects. The role focuses on managing the design process from procurement through final design, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, strong leadership, and extensive experience in design-build delivery and DOT standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• 10+ years in transportation engineering with 4+ years in design management or lead design role.

Responsabilités

• Lead design development for large-scale transportation projects in a design-build environment.
• Serve as liaison between internal design teams, contractors and clients to ensure alignment.
• Manage design schedules, deliverables and quality control to meet milestones.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (roadway, structures, drainage, traffic, utilities, environmental).
• Participate in proposal development and pursue design-build opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, scope and change management throughout the project.
