Job summary

Quality Carriers, Inc. in Corapolis, PA is hiring a Transportation Customer Service Representative to manage a defined group of customers, enter orders, and coordinate with drivers and planners to maximize revenue and service levels.

You will handle order entry, capacity coordination, and issue resolution across multiple channels while maintaining accurate data and timely communications with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with transportation software including EDI and TMW.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and workflows.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customers via Phone, Email, Fax or EDI and enter them into the TMW Order Management System.
• Solicit Freight from customers as directed by TM/terminal Planner for all available capacity.
• Coordinate changes to loading/delivery times with customers and notify terminal personnel.
• Work with Planners, Drivers and terminal staff to meet customer requirements.
• Track all loads in TMW/Trip alert to identify service concerns.
• Ensure accurate data entry and hand off to terminal billers.
• Document service issues in the NCR system.
