Job summary

You oversee raw material ordering, inventory control, and warehouse transfers while keeping precise records and producing weekly reports. Required DOT/HAZMAT knowledge, strong data entry and communication skills, and experience with railcar logistics and Datacor.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with DOT and hazmat regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; accurate data entry and reporting.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Experience with railcar logistics and terminal operations.
• Knowledge of inventory systems (Datacor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipping and release of railcars, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Order railcars to various terminals and ensure proper scheduling.
• Monitor railcar movements from pick-up to delivery.
• Oversee receiving and unloading of railcars at terminals.
• Maintain records in Datacor and prepare weekly reports.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures during unloading.
• Schedule loads for outside terminals to meet operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries.
• Collaborate with other departments, terminals, and vendors.
• Provide timely updates on delays or disruptions.
