Responsibilities

• Notify drivers of assignments and ensure alignment with customer receiving times.
• Ensure DOT compliance and proper paperwork for shipments.
• Audit freight bills and handle carrier communications.
• Establish delivery appointments and loading times.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
