Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
0-5 years of transportation experience.
0-5 years of management experience.
Customer Service, Detailed Oriented, and Sense of Urgency Mentality.

Responsibilities

Solicit, process, and coordinate shipment scheduling for existing and new customers.
Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding service questions, problems, or complaints.
Use knowledge and sound judgment to strategically book freight for PGT terminals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support ownership of key accounts.
Leverage technology to ensure internal freight needs are met efficiently.
Act with urgency to book additional loads and support drivers in challenging freight environments.
