Qualifications

• Knowledge of bulk truck terminal operations and SOPs.
• Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to logistics and dispatch.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational staff including CS, DM, and ICCCS positions, coordinating daily dispatch activities.
• Oversee service performance, including tank cleaning and tank wash processes.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and general email communication.
• Strong understanding of DOT laws and regulations, including safety and compliance standards.
• Analyze data, coordinate schedules, and manage documentation using cloud-based systems.
• Manage overall driver-related functions, including safety performance, regulatory compliance, hiring and retention.
