This on-site, full-time role focuses on managing a defined set of customer accounts, coordinating freight pickups and deliveries, and ensuring accurate order entry in the TMW system. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Apps preferred.
• Experience with EDI and TMW transportation software.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the TMW Order Management System accurately.
• Solicit freight and manage capacity for assigned area.
• Coordinate with Planners, Drivers and terminal staff to meet customer requirements.
• Track loads in TMW/Trip Alert to identify service concerns.
• Ensure data accuracy and handoff to terminal billers.
