Job summary

24-hour HR Process Outsourcing Incorporated seeks a Transportation Coordinator to oversee all transportation tasks for the Lakeland Campus, coordinating with Saddle Creek Logistics and the campus management team. You’ll launch the transportation scheduling, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance from day one.

You’ll lead carrier communications, optimize dock scheduling with 3PL, and manage inbound/outbound activities while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain preferred.
• 1–2 years of transportation or logistics operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence across functions.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, and related transportation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transportation responsibilities for Lakeland Campus facilities.
• Route orders daily to meet ship dates and secure carrier capacity.
• Track carrier performance and resolve loads at risk of missing arrival date.
• Ensure orders comply with weight and shipment method.
• Schedule outbound and inbound shipments with carriers.
