Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring an Operations Support Coordinator in Lakeland, FL. You will coordinate all incoming and outgoing trucks and ensure proper documentation, acting as the primary contact for drivers and carriers.

You will support waving/ documenting orders, scheduling shipments via TMS, maintaining BOLs, and assisting warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: diploma or GED with preferred associate’s degree.
• Experience in customer service, client-facing, or clerical work.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with professional communication.
• Schedule shipments using TMS and manage driver/ carrier scheduling.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Lading and related documents.
• Support warehouse leads and generate operational reports.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and general supplies as needed.
