Job summary

Candidates should have a background in logistics or supply chain, familiarity with TMS/WMS/ERP systems, and strong Excel and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred with 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Familiarity with TMS/WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Ship ERP, Project44).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including shipping and receiving.
• Schedule and track inbound/outbound shipments.
• Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain shipment documentation, tracking, and billing records.
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations.
• Assist in warehouse activities and order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular logistics performance reports and KPIs for leadership review.
• Collaborate across procurement, planning, warehouse, and sales to align logistics with business needs.
• Address shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.
