Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Supervisor to oversee vehicle asset lifecycle and compliance with federal and state regulations. You will monitor programs, mentor staff, and partner across departments to drive efficiency and risk reduction.

The role requires strong problem-solving, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel may be required as part of program oversight and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or applicable certifications or credentials in a related field preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in a Supervisory position supporting vehicle registration, licensing and permitting processes at state and federal level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Safety Specialists and related roles to support program responsibilities.
• Analyze results with internal staff to manage execution of compliance policies and processes.
• Develop, monitor and improve compliance programs and policies.
• Identify risks in current practices and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Tax, Safety and other departments to report on compliance and asset lifecycle management.
