Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Supervisor to oversee vehicle asset lifecycle compliance and related processes across operations in Minnesota. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and independent work with minimal direction.

You will partner with Enterprise Transportation Safety Managers, HR, Tax, and other departments to ensure program compliance and continual improvement. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent credentials.
• 4–7 years in a supervisory role handling vehicle registration/licensing processes at state and federal levels.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulatory programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sr. Safety Specialists and other roles as needed.
• Partner with internal staff to analyze results and manage compliance execution.
• Develop, monitor and improve programs and policies.
• Assess practices and vendors to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize process execution and efficiency.
• Lead training and onboarding for new staff on regulatory changes.
